Job description

• Working with Sales team and getting competitive prices for the requirements.
• Locate best suppliers who can provide high-quality products or services at competitive prices
• Identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers or vendors organization
• Assessing suppliers based on factors such as quality, reliability, pricing, delivery capabilities, financial stability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Negotiation: Engaging in negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions, including pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and service levels
• Supplier Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure ongoing collaboration, address any issues or concerns, and explore opportunities for improvement
• Market Research: Keeping abreast of market trends, industry developments, and emerging suppliers to identify potential opportunities for cost savings or process improvements
• Risk Assessment: Assessing and managing risks associated with suppliers, such as supply chain disruptions, quality issues, or regulatory compliance
• Cost Analysis: Conducting cost analysis and price benchmarking to optimize procurement decisions and achieve cost savings
• Should be good with Computers, XL Sheet, word file.
