Sourcing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for bulk IT & Non-IT requirements.
• Manage a fast-paced recruitment environment with a target of 10+ quality submissions per day.
• Use advanced Boolean search techniques to identify relevant talent.
• Work extensively on Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Understand job requirements and effectively engage candidates.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure a strong candidate pipeline.

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Domestic Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience in IT & Non-IT hiring and bulk recruitment.
• Strong Boolean search and sourcing skills.
• Mandatory experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and openness to coaching/feedback.
