Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting.
• Create compelling job postings on LinkedIn and other platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough resume screenings to identify the best fit for open positions.
• Utilize mass mailing and bulk email campaigns to reach a wide audience.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet hiring needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements and preferences.

Job Requirements :

• Strong understanding of sourcing profiles and job portals like LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in creating effective job postings using Google Search and other tools.
• Ability to conduct thorough resume screenings.
• Experience with headhunting, mass mailing, and bulk email campaigns is desirable.
