Sourcing Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for IT roles, including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Utilize various sourcing channels such as ATS, job boards, social media, employee referrals to attract top talent.
• Analyze metrics to measure recruitment performance and make data-driven decisions to improve the sourcing process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on candidate selection.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting creation using tools like Job Diva or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Workday or other popular platforms.
