Job Summary
As the Procurement Management Specialist, you thrive on working with your team to provide procurement expertise to assist stakeholders to plan, develop, source and manage procurement arrangements to effectively meet organisational and business objectives.
Key requirements include:
- Proven experience leading end-to-end go-to-market activities, including RFx events.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research, analyse industry trends, and provide actionable market insights.
- Strong expertise in spend analysis and spend management to identify opportunities and drive value.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation capability, and experience managing multiple sourcing initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, Commerce, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Professional procurement qualification such as MCIPS, CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with procurement and sourcing technologies (e.g., SAP 4 Hana, Coupa, Jaggaer, SAP).
- Knowledge of category management, supplier relationship management, and contract lifecycle management practices.
- Project Management and/or Lean Six Sigma certification highly regarded.
- Experience operating in large, complex, global organisations with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver commercial outcomes.
We are seeking a Procurement Sourcing Specialist (Band 3I) to support strategic sourcing and category management activities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a strategic sourcing role within a large global organisation and a strong track record of delivering procurement outcomes.
This role will partner closely with business stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, deliver competitive procurement outcomes, and support category objectives.
