Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Leasing & Property Sourcing Manager responsible for identifying suitable properties, building relationships with property owners and brokers, negotiating commercial terms, and sourcing properties for leasing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and identify properties suitable for leasing requirements.
• Source properties through brokers, property owners, online portals, and market visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, CPs, and real estate brokers.
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate site visits.
• Collect and verify property details, documents, availability, rent, deposit, and other commercial terms.
• Negotiate rental terms and close leasing deals.
• Maintain a database of available properties and active leads.
• Coordinate with clients, owners, brokers, and internal sales/leasing teams.
• Track leads, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures through regular reports.
• Conduct market research to identify new leasing opportunities and upcoming properties.
• Achieve monthly sourcing, site visit, negotiation, and closure targets.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of the local real estate and leasing market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Good knowledge of property portals and online property-search platforms.
• Ability to generate leads independently through market research and networking.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting.
