Sourcing & Procurement Executive - Healthcare

Job Overview

A leading manufacturer of hygiene and personal care products is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Executive to support its procurement and supply chain operations. The role involves identifying and developing reliable suppliers, negotiating competitive pricing, coordinating procurement activities, and ensuring the timely availability of quality materials required for production.

The ideal candidate should possess strong vendor management, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to build long-term supplier relationships and contribute to efficient procurement processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers and manufacturers.
• Source materials for hygiene, healthcare, surgical, consumer, and packaging products.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize commercial terms with suppliers.
• Compare vendor quotations and prepare cost analysis reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation.
• Maintain supplier databases, procurement records, and purchase-related documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality and reliability.
• Work closely with the Sales, Operations, and Production teams to support procurement requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and recommend improvements where necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, vendor development, or supply chain operations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to analyze quotations, pricing, and vendor performance.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
