Sourcing Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source new channel partners for real estate projects, including residential sales and commercial leasing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners to increase business opportunities.
• Identify potential clients through market research and networking events to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to negotiate deals and resolve issues related to property acquisitions.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field (e.g., commercial sales).
• Proven track record of success in sourcing new business opportunities through strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market trends and regulations.
