Sourcing Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and develop new lead sources through brokers, channel partners, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with landowners, investors, brokers, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and competitor activities.
• Qualify leads based on project requirements and customer needs.
• Organize site visits and property presentations.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations.
• Relationship-building and networking.
• CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or industry-specific systems).
• Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.
