About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the end-to-end source-to-pay process for IT services and consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Develop category strategies to optimize spend analysis, vendor negotiation, and contract management across multiple categories.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop customized sourcing plans that meet their needs.
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for cost savings, and implement effective e-sourcing strategies.
Job Requirements :
- 10-16 years of experience in indirect sourcing or procurement with a focus on IT procurement or global sourcing.
- Strong understanding of S2P (Source-to-Pay) processes including RFQ/RFX/RFI/RFP/Spot Buy.
- Proven track record in client management, vendor negotiation, and strategic sourcing.
