Sourcing Manager

Job Summary
The role is fully site-based and focuses on relationship management, client engagement, and supporting sales closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Be present at the project site to meet Channel Partners (brokers/agents) regularly
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CPs to generate consistent site visits
• Attend and manage walk-in clients at the site
• Explain project details, pricing, offers, and amenities to walk-in customers
• Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and deal progression
• Track CP performance and walk-in conversions
• Support site events, CP meets, and promotional activities
• Ensure accurate recording of CP and walk-in leads in CRM
• Achieve monthly sourcing and site-visit targets
