Sourcing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source new land/property opportunities as per business requirements.
• Conduct market research to identify potential landowners, developers, and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, brokers, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
• Generate and evaluate property/land leads based on location, size, commercial viability, and project potential.
• Coordinate with internal teams for feasibility, due diligence, legal, and commercial evaluation.
• Negotiate and facilitate discussions with landowners and relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential sourcing opportunities and provide regular updates to management.
• Stay updated on local real estate market trends, upcoming developments, and land opportunities.
