About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners and brokers.
-Activate new CPs across Pune and nearby micro-markets.
-Conduct regular market visits, broker meets and sourcing activities to generate leads and site visits.
-Coordinate with internal sales team to ensure smooth closure support.
-Maintain strong follow-ups with channel partners.
-Represent House of JETS professionally in all external meetings.
-Track sourcing performance and ensure acheivement of monthly targets.
Preferred candidate profile
-1 to 2 years of experience in real estate sourcing/channel sales.
-Strong Channel Partner network across Pune.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
-Presentable personality with a professional approach
-Honest, hardworking, disciplined and target-oriented
-Willingness to travel extensively across Pune for sourcing activities.
-Passion for networking and business development.
