Sourcing Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth through partnerships with retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product offerings that meet customer requirements and align with company goals.
• Manage relationships with key accounts to increase sales volume, improve customer satisfaction, and identify potential upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Job Requirements :

• 0-3 years of experience in FMCG industry or related field (e.g., consumer electronics & appliances).
• Strong understanding of channel sales principles, including lead generation, negotiation techniques, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of achieving targets in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
