Sourcing Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute channel strategies to drive business growth through partnerships with channel partners.
• Identify, qualify, and onboard new channel partners to expand the company's reach in the market.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop joint go-to-market plans and ensure alignment across sales channels.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize partner relationships and improve overall revenue growth.

Job Requirements :

• 2-6 years of experience in channel sales or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective channel development strategies.
• Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends, technologies, and players.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
