Sourcing Manager - Real Estate

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sourcing Manager to drive lead generation and business through Channel Partners, Brokers, Property Consultants, and other sourcing channels for our residential project in Neral.

Role & responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage Channel Partners, brokers, and property consultants.
• Develop and maintain a strong local broker/CP network across Neral, Karjat, Badlapur, Ambernath, Kalyan and nearby locations.
• Conduct regular broker meets, CP meetings, project presentations and networking activities.
• Generate qualified leads and drive site visits, walk-ins and bookings.
• Plan and execute field activities, local marketing initiatives and corporate tie-ups.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing Channel Partners and continuously activate new partners.
• Coordinate with Presales, Sales and CRM teams for effective lead follow-up and conversion.
• Maintain accurate sourcing, lead and CP data in CRM.
• Track daily, weekly and monthly sourcing performance and achieve assigned targets.
• Monitor local market trends, competitor projects, pricing and customer requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2 -7 years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing, Channel Sales, Business Development or related fields.
• Residential real estate experience is preferred/mandatory.
• Strong network of brokers and Channel Partners in the Neral/Karjat belt will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Strong field networking and business-development abilities.
• Highly target-oriented, proactive and result-driven.
