Sourcing Manager I Commercial Mandates I East Pune

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities for commercial real estate projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial Channel Partners (CPs), brokers and property consultants
• Leverage an established network of commercial CPs to generate qualified leads and drive site visits
• Source potential buyers and investors through direct client relationships
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to support lead conversion and business closures

Desired Candidate Profile

• 24 years of relevant experience in real estate, preferably in commercial property sourcing or sales
• Strong network of commercial Channel Partners and brokers in Pune
• Existing database or network of direct clients and investors
• Good communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
• Proven ability to generate leads and build business in the commercial real estate segment
