Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sales performance including bookings, revenue realization, inventory movement, absorption, and achievement of sales targets for the assigned asset/project.
• Build and manage a high-performing channel partner ecosystem by onboarding, activating, training, and driving brokers, CPs, and strategic partners to generate qualified leads and closures.
• Lead sourcing and business generation initiatives across direct sales, channel sales, referrals, key accounts, HNIs/UHNIs, NRIs, and corporate networks to create a strong sales pipeline.
• Own high-value client engagement, negotiations, and deal closures while ensuring superior customer experience throughout the sales journey from enquiry to booking.

• Develop and execute sales strategies, pricing recommendations, promotional campaigns, and market expansion plans to maximize revenue, yield realization, and market penetration.
• Monitor sales operations, market intelligence, and team performance by tracking pipeline, competitor activity, channel productivity, CRM hygiene, and forecasting to ensure commercially disciplined execution.
