Sourcing Manager- Channel Sales

Focusing on identifying and onboarding real estate channel partners, building and maintaining partner relationships, driving sales targets, and expanding business opportunities through partner networks. The candidate will also be responsible for partner performance, client handling, sales strategy, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with partner agreements. Prior experience in real estate or developer-related work, along with a degree, is required.
