Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new vendors and sourcing opportunities.
- Conduct regular market and field visits.
- Source quality cocopeat/pith from vendors.
- Visit vendor locations and check material quality.
- Negotiate price and supply terms with vendors.
- Maintain good vendor relationships and follow up on supplies.
- Monitor market prices, availability, and competitors.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams.
- Achieve assigned sourcing and sales targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly market visit and sourcing reports.
