Sourcing - Executive/Sr. Executive/Asst.Manager

Objective :

A Sourcing Manager / Surveyor is responsible for identifying and securing prime real estate opportunities. They conduct market research, analyse property data, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with various stakeholders to optimize real estate investments and acquisitions.

Requirements: Qualification / Skill set

• A graduate in any discipline
• Good Communication Skills / To be well versed in Current Real estate Chennai market with minimum 2 to 5 Yrs in Real estate

Role involves:

• Survey and sourcing Properties like requirements wise (Apartments, land, warehouse commercial)
• Meet the landlord and get fee confirmation.
• List the property.
• Collect all the details of property.
• Update the status to the landlord after complete inspection.
• Maintain a good relationship with the landlord officially. Keep in touch with LL & get information on other properties as well.
• Work with brokers sometimes properties do not match both online & offline
• Connect consultant with landlord.
