Sourcing Executive Maritime Recruitment

Heroical Marine Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and proactive Sourcing Executive to support our recruitment and crew sourcing operations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable candidates, maintaining recruitment databases, coordinating with applicants and supporting the recruitment team in fulfilling manpower requirements.

Job Description-

Heroical Marine Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and proactive Sourcing Executive to support our recruitment and crew sourcing operations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable candidates, maintaining recruitment databases, coordinating with applicants and supporting the recruitment team in fulfilling manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities-

• Source suitable candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, WhatsApp groups, databases, referrals and social media.
• Search and shortlist candidates according to job descriptions and client requirements.
• Make initial calls to candidates and understand their experience, availability, salary expectations and interest.
• Maintain an organized database of candidates and regularly update candidate status.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and the recruitment team/client.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding interviews, documentation and joining status.
• Post job vacancies on recruitment portals and social media platforms.
• Screen CVs and identify candidates matching required qualifications and experience.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Support recruitment for both maritime/seafarer and shore-based positions, depending on company requirements.
• Maintain proper records of candidate communication and recruitment progress.
• Assist the recruitment team with daily sourcing targets and urgent vacancies.

Candidate Requirements-

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
• 01 years of recruitment/sourcing experience will be an advantage.
• Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn or other recruitment portals is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Comfortable speaking with candidates over phone and WhatsApp.
• Good computer knowledge, including MS Excel, Word and email.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to work on multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Target-oriented and willing to learn recruitment processes.
• Maritime/shipping recruitment experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Female Candidate Preferred.
