Sourcing Engineer

Your Key Tasks:

• Execute cost settlements and commercial activities by finalizing negotiated prices, processing supplier claims, and ensuring closure of commercial issues.
• Support supplier negotiations through cost analysis, data preparation, follow-ups, and implementation of agreed cost-saving initiatives.
• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for suppliers on commercial matters, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
• Manage day-to-day sourcing activities related to C-class parts, indirect purchases, and subcontracting requirements.
• ERP Maintain accurate ERP updates, commercial records, MIS reports, savings trackers, and supplier performance data.

Your Profile:

• 3-8 years of experience in Sourcing, Cost Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain within manufacturing industries.
• Good understanding of procurement processes, commercial terms, cost settlement, and supplier management.
• Basic knowledge of costing, negotiation techniques, and commercial analysis.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools for sourcing and procurement activities.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, communication, and problem-solving skills with a high level of ownership and accountability.
