Sourcing Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to optimize supply chain operations, ensuring cost savings and improved quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive efficiency gains.
• Manage relationships with suppliers to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and improve overall performance.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform purchasing decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 4-5 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing within the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, including logistics, inventory control, and vendor management.
• Proven track record of achieving significant cost savings through effective negotiation techniques.
