What would you do?

Support the drafting, review, administration, and management of commercial contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies, contracting standards, and business requirements.

What are we looking for?

Bachelors Degree required

LLB preferred

3-5 years of experience in Contract Management, Legal Operations, Procurement, or Commercial Contracting

Basic contract drafting and redlining capabilities.

Understanding of commercial contracting principles and terms.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Review and process standard commercial agreements, NDAs, DPAs, SOWs, and supplier contracts.

Perform contract redlining using approved playbooks and templates.

Support negotiations under the guidance of senior contract professionals.

Track contract approvals, renewals, amendments, and execution status.

Identify contractual risks and escalate non-standard terms.

Maintain contract repositories and ensure data accuracy.

Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Business stakeholders.

Prepare contract summaries and management reports.

Collaborative team player.

Demonstrates accountability and attention to detail.

Qualification
Bachelor of Laws
