Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement of assets, equipment, IT hardware, office equipment, and other business requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable vendors and suppliers.
• Obtain and compare quotations, conduct commercial negotiations, and ensure competitive pricing.
• Prepare RFQs/RFPs and coordinate with vendors for bids and proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery timelines, warranties, and service-level agreements.
• Maintain and manage the approved vendor/supplier database.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, IT, Administration, and other stakeholders to understand asset requirements.
• Track purchase orders, deliveries, installations, warranties, and service contracts.
• Maintain accurate asset procurement and lifecycle records.
• Support asset tagging, allocation, transfers, returns, and disposal processes.
• Monitor vendor performance, quality, delivery timelines, and adherence to contractual terms.
• Identify cost-saving and value-engineering opportunities.
• Ensure sourcing activities comply with company procurement policies and approval processes.
• Prepare MIS reports covering procurement spend, vendor performance, savings, pending orders, and asset status.
• Support audits by maintaining appropriate procurement and asset documentation.
• Resolve vendor-related issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure.
