About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and proactive Talent Sourcer to support high-volume recruitment requirements across Non-IT and BPO functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, experience in bulk hiring, and a passion for identifying top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring requirements.
• Create and publish attractive job advertisements across multiple job boards.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and various resume databases.
• Conduct candidate outreach and engage passive talent.
• Review applications and perform initial screening.
• Conduct telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills

• Strong sourcing and talent-mapping capabilities.
• Experience in bulk hiring and Non-IT recruitment.
• Experience hiring for BPO Voice and Non-Voice processes is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or above.
• Minimum 1 year of sourcing/recruitment experience.
• Prior experience in BPO, shared services, or bulk hiring environments preferred.
