- Offer expert wine recommendations and conduct tastings.
- Manage inventory and organize the wine cellar.
- Train staff on wine service and knowledge.
- Stay updated on wine trends and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Engage with guests and handle inquiries.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and participate in marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Extensive wine knowledge and relevant certification (WSET or Court of Master Sommeliers).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- 2 years of experience as a Sommelier.
