Solutions Lead - Presales (Google Cloud & AI)

Role & responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solutioning for large deals, RFPs, proposals, and client presentations.
• Design scalable Google Cloud, Data, AI, and Gen AI solutions aligned to business needs
• Work closely with sales teams, architects, and stakeholders to develop winning technical strategies.
• Engage with clients and CXOs to understand requirements and propose innovative solutions.
• Develop compelling solution proposals, technical presentations, and value-driven narratives.
• Ensure solution feasibility, scalability, and alignment with delivery and commercial objectives.
• Drive AI-led transformation initiatives and contribute to reusable solution assets and best practices

Preferred candidate profile

• 10-15 years of experience in Presales, Solution Architecture, or Solutioning roles.
• Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Cloud Architecture, Data Platforms, AI/Gen AI solutions.
• Proven experience in leading RFPs, proposals, technical presentations, and large deal pursuits.
• Ability to engage with CXOs, business stakeholders, and sales teams to drive solution strategy.
• Hands-on experience designing scalable enterprise solutions, cloud transformations, and AI-led offerings.
• Strong consultative selling, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience in Digital Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, Data & AI, and Cloud Modernization initiatives.
• Demonstrated track record of winning strategic deals and leading complex solutioning engagements.
