You'll work closely with prospective and existing merchants to understand their technical requirements, demonstrate GoKwik's platform capabilities, drive seamless integrations, and ensure successful product implementations. What You'll Own
- Partner with the Sales team during the pre-sales process to support merchant acquisition.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical capabilities to prospective customers.
- Handle technical objections and provide solution-oriented recommendations.
- Gather business and technical requirements and prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
- Work closely with merchants and internal teams to ensure successful implementation and go-live.
- Support API and platform integrations across merchant ecosystems.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to resolve technical challenges during implementation.
- Manage multiple implementation projects while ensuring timely delivery and a smooth onboarding experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Integration Engineer, or Technical Support.
- Hands-on experience implementing solutions for eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
- 1+ years of experience working with APIs, SDK integrations, or web-based implementations.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and related tracking technologies.
- Experience working with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Exposure to iOS or Android application support is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize work based on business needs.
