Solutions Architect

About the Company Forward Deployed Engineers are client-embedded technologists who sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and consulting. Unlike a back-office developer, an FDE works directly with our financial services clients — understanding their business problems on the ground, designing solutions, and building, integrating, and deploying them in the client's environment. The FDE owns outcomes end-to-end: from the first whiteboard session to a production system that delivers measurable business value. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for engineers who are equally comfortable writing production code and presenting a solution to a client's business stakeholders.

About the Role Location: India Exp: 9 Yrs to 16 Yrs

Responsibilities

• Strong software engineering fundamentals in at least one of: Python, Java, or a JVM/typed language; plus SQL.
• Hands-on experience building and integrating solutions across APIs, data pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP — specify).
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into working software.
• Experience deploying to production and supporting solutions post-go-live.
• Comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and owning a problem end-to-end with minimal direction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to client business and technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Prior Banking, Capital Markets, or Financial Services domain exposure (payments, lending, risk, regulatory, core banking, or wealth/asset management).
• Experience with data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, or equivalent) and/or AI/ML and GenAI solution delivery.
• Background in consulting, professional services, solution engineering, or startup environments where client-facing delivery was core.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and modern integration patterns.
