- Plan and execute projects with minimal direction, leveraging prior industry knowledge to address new project types.
- Use Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and other tools to create customized, effective, and accurate deliverables for clients based on practice team input.
- Leverage benchmark/survey information and business knowledge to identify meaningful trends, competitor insights, and recommendations for client engagements.
- Analyze client organizational structures (e.g., sales/field teams) to standardize and compare roles across companies.
- Utilize and improve automation tools to generate analyses more efficiently.
- Participate in the design and implementation of customized benchmarking surveys using web-based tools.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis to identify patterns, outliers, and statistically significant trends across client survey responses.
- Translate complex data sets into clear visual narratives using dashboards, charts, and data tables that drive actionable client recommendations.
- Ownership of Work:
- Deliver work accurately and consistently within project timelines.
- Demonstrate self-management skills while leveraging peer and manager experience.
- Balance both detailed execution (in the weeds) and strategic insights as needed.
- Communicate methods, results, and their implications clearly with minimal oversight.

- Contribute to product development initiatives focused on analytics and benchmarking.

Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and refine outputs
- Strong business writing, communication, and presentation skills
- 2–4 years of experience in analytical or operations roles
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Strong foundation in data analysis and statistics
- Experience working with structured datasets to perform analysis, identify trends, and communicate findings in business-friendly formats.
- Exposure to competitor benchmarking or competitor insights analysis
- Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques (PowerBI, Power Query, automation tools)
- Salesforce reporting and dashboarding experience
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry
- Experience developing or following Standard Operating Procedures
- Qualtrics or similar survey platform experience
- Understanding of market research survey design concepts
