About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Sales Professional to drive growth for our Data, AI, and Software Services business, with a strong focus on BFSI accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling technology solutions and services. This role requires a consultative sales approach, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles within the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and account growth across BFSI clients for Data, AI, and Cloud-led software services offerings.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, from lead generation to closure, in partnership with delivery and pre-sales teams.
• Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
• Engage with CXO and senior stakeholders (CTO, CDO, Head of Data/Analytics, etc.) to understand business challenges and position relevant solutions.
• Collaborate with technical/pre-sales teams to create compelling proposals, RFP responses, and solution pitches.
• Own revenue targets and account P&L for assigned accounts/territory.
• Build strong partner relationships to drive co-sell opportunities.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–10 years of experience in IT/software services sales, with a significant portion in Data, Analytics, AI, or Cloud solution sales.
• Prior experience selling into BFSI accounts is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
