About this role
What you will do:
• Implement solutions to enhance the customer (internal and external) journey
• Automate - Build system controls, regulatory reports, STPs
• Identify gaps and provide fixes - Prepare BRD, UAT, drafting process notes, production
movements, monitoring systems post implementation
• Handle regulatory and compliance reporting
• Reconciliation of data and transactions received through various channels
You will own -
• Systems Core forex engine, online forex portal, Forex partner portal
• Products Wire transfers and FX cards
What are we looking for
• Retail Forex (Primarily outwards), subject matter expert. Knowledge of various regulations/guidelines - LRS, NR repatriation, FEMA, GST, TCS, etc.
• Graduate in any technical discipline
• Experience as a Business Analyst in Retail Forex domain would be preferred
