We currently have an opportunity for an SAP Solution Manager, Focused RUN & CALM Specialist. Please find the role details below:

An SAP Solution Manager, Focused RUN & CALM Specialist working within Service Management teams is expected to take full responsibility for monitoring and measuring service performance against KPIs, ensuring reliable and secure delivery of application and infrastructure services to business users. The role also involves supporting application changes and enhancements while working closely with Application Support teams, Project Delivery teams, infrastructure suppliers, and SAP vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve escalated urgent and complex issues to ensure business continuity for SAP Solution Manager, Focused RUN, and CALM applications.
• Provide second-line operational IT support, including ticket resolution and impact assessment for enhancements and projects.
• Analyze complex business processes and conduct workshops to gather, evaluate, and document business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for monitoring and operational improvements.
• Support business process design and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements.
• Develop and implement End-to-End monitoring solutions and coordinate with technical teams.
• Manage multiple operational priorities, demands, and support transition projects.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing guidance and training on Solution Manager, Focused RUN, and CALM.
• Work with project and portfolio teams to onboard new functionalities and tools.
