Solution Integrator - IMS

The Solution Integrator - IMS is responsible for end-to-end integration, configuration, testing, and deployment of IMS solutions within telecom networks. The role ensures seamless interoperability of IMS components across multi-vendor environments while maintaining high service quality and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end integration of IMS nodes such as CSCF, SBC, TAS, and DNS/ENUM.
• Execute installation, configuration, and commissioning of IMS solutions.
• Prepare delivery-specific MOPs and execute live node activities.
• Ensure alignment with design documents, HLD/LLD, and customer requirements.
• Conduct system integration testing (SIT), interoperability testing (IOT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Validate VoLTE, VoWiFi, and other IMS-based services.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure defect resolution.
• Configure SIP protocols, routing, and call flows.
• Optimize IMS network performance and ensure KPI adherence.
• Support parameter tuning and capacity management.
• Analyze logs, traces, and signaling flows such as SIP and DIAMETER.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Provide L2/L3 support during deployment and post-integration phases.
• Work closely with solution architects, design teams, and customers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Cloud, PACO, and Transport.
• Support customer discussions and technical workshops.
• Prepare integration plans, test reports, and acceptance documents.
• Maintain knowledge repositories and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in electronics, telecommunications, or a related field.
• Typically 3-8 years of experience in telecom core or IMS integration.
• Strong understanding of IMS architecture and 3GPP standards.
• Hands-on experience with SIP, SDP, and DIAMETER protocols.
• Experience with VoLTE and VoWiFi services.
• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
• Knowledge of telecom nodes such as CSCF, TAS, SBC, and DNS.
• Familiarity with packet core (EPC/5GC) and signaling flows.
• Experience with Wireshark or signaling analyzers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Nice To Have:

• Experience working in multi-vendor environments.
• Scripting knowledge in Python or Shell.
• Exposure to cloud and virtualization technologies such as NFV/SDN.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native solutions.
• IMS or VoLTE certifications.
• Linux or cloud certifications such as OpenStack or Kubernetes.
• Ericsson internal certifications, if applicable.
