Flam builds AI models and products for interactive content, taking the internet beyond videos. We've raised a $40M Series B led by QED Investors, with Shah Rukh Khan among our backers.

Our products (three AI-native interactive formats):

Flicks: one video that holds multiple variations. Viewers can swap the character, product or scene with under 10ms switching latency, and AI compression cuts asset size by about 60%.

Airboards: high-fidelity 3D streamed like video through the camera interface. Viewers interact by touch, voice and haptics, with no app download and about 300ms to first buffer.

Visual Agents: photoreal talking avatars created from a single image, conversing with natural expressions in 60+ languages at about 800ms latency.

About the role

You'll turn client briefs into working solutions. Using Airboards, Flicks, and Visual Agents, you'll design, prototype, and present proofs of concept that show clients what's possible, quickly. You'll sit between sales, product, design, and engineering.

What you'll do

Understand client briefs and business goals, and map them to the right Flam product or combination of products.

Build POCs fast, using modern AI tools, and take them from idea to client-ready delivery.

Create research-driven decks covering strategy, use cases, and growth opportunities.

Coordinate with product, engineering, design, and sales to gather requirements and get POCs delivered.

Present solutions to clients and internal teams with clear, confident articulation.

Feed client learnings back to product (gaps, patterns, new use cases).

What we're looking for

3-6 years in design, creative technology, pre-sales, or a similar hybrid role.

A design + tech background: you can think visually and also build.

A portfolio of shipped POCs or prototypes, not just polished mockups.

Strong written and verbal communication.

Comfort with ambiguity and short turnarounds.

Design Skills

Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Strong visual design, UI/UX, and creative problem-solving skills.

Tech & AI Skills

Hands-on fluency with AI tools (generative design, prototyping, and coding assistants).

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python.

Experience building small projects, mini-games, or functional prototypes.

GitHub familiarity, preferably with personal projects or published repositories.

Ability to explore new tools and technologies and turn ideas into working solutions.

Nice to have

Experience in adtech, martech, interactive video, or creative automation.

Client-facing or agency experience.

Experience with conversational or agent-based products.
