Solution Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution design for client onboarding and product enablement capabilities.
• Create Solution Design Documents, Integration Specifications, Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), and Deployment Models.
• Design scalable microservices-based solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
• Define REST API contracts, integration patterns, and event-driven/asynchronous architectures.
• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture principles and technology standards.
• Partner with Solution Engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and implementation support.
• Design solutions for performance, resiliency, security, scalability, and operational supportability.
• Drive adoption of cloud-native architecture, CI/CD, DevOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
• Ensure observability, monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational controls are incorporated into solution designs.
• Support engineering teams in implementing automated quality and deployment pipelines.
• Incorporate privacy, auditability, regulatory controls, and compliance requirements into solution designs.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Engineering Managers to shape delivery outcomes.
• Mentor engineers and emerging Solution Designers across the domain.
