Solution Designer Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and develop solutions for complex engineering problems using Autodesk AutoCAD, Excel, and other relevant tools.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, drawings, and reports.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Job Requirements :

• 5-15 years of experience in mechanical engineering or a related field with expertise in Autodesk AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, mechanics, and engineering principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) with the ability to create detailed spreadsheets.
