Solution Consultant

We are looking for a high-caliber Solutions Consultant / Solutions Architect to serve as the key technical and strategic partner for enterprise clients in the US.

The role combines pre-sales, solution architecture, enterprise integrations, and post-sales delivery. You will work closely with clients, sales, product, and engineering teams to design solutions, win complex deals, and ensure successful production implementation.

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

Pre-Sales and Solution Design:

• Own the end-to-end technical pre-sales process, including discovery, solutioning, demos, and technical presentations.
• Lead enterprise RFPs and prepare technical responses, timelines, feasibility assessments, and SOWs.
• Design custom platform implementations and workflows based on client requirements.
• Translate AI/LLM capabilities into clear business value, ROI, and technical solutions.
• Present solutions to both technical teams and C-suite stakeholders.

Post-Sales and Delivery:

• Support engineering and delivery teams during complex enterprise implementations.
• Resolve technical roadblocks and adapt solution architecture during implementation.
• Act as the technical bridge between sales, clients, product, and engineering teams.
• Ensure solutions proposed during pre-sales are successfully delivered in production.

Enterprise Integrations:

• Design integrations with enterprise systems such as OMS, CRM, TMS, and e-commerce platforms.
• Work with REST APIs, authentication mechanisms, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Integrate solutions with identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD and Okta.
• Design solutions involving telephony, voice, and omni-channel customer engagement platforms.

Requirements:

• 5-8+ years of experience in solutions architecture, solutions consulting, technical consulting, pre-sales, or professional services.
• Experience working with enterprise SaaS or technology platforms.
• Strong experience in pre-sales solutioning and post-sales delivery.
• Hands-on experience managing enterprise RFPs, technical proposals, and SOWs.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and system integrations.
• Experience with REST APIs, SAML/OAuth, and enterprise identity platforms.
• Knowledge of CRM, OMS, TMS, e-commerce, or other enterprise systems.
• Ability to read/write code, review APIs, troubleshoot integrations, and whiteboard architectures.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working with US enterprise clients and across multiple time zones.

Good to Have:

• Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, GenAI, or agentic AI.
• Experience with telephony, SIP, VoIP, CTI, or contact-center platforms.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or enterprise technology.
• Experience designing omni-channel customer engagement solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms and modern enterprise architectures.
