Solution Consultant - Managed Services

Requirements:

• Proven experience in designing, architecting, and deploying scalable cloud solutions.
• Strong experience with cloud migration, hybrid cloud, and traditional infrastructure.
• Experience working in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or large enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with GCP services such as BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Cloud Spanner, or Cloud Bigtable.
• Experience with AI/ML platforms, such as Vertex AI/AI Platform, Agent platforms, or BigQuery ML.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and Docker; AWS ECS is an added advantage.
• Experience with Terraform and cloud automation/IaC tools such as Cloud Deployment Manager, CloudFormation, or Azure Automation.
• Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, technical presentations, estimations, proposals, and SOW preparation.
• Strong experience in customer requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Experience with SLA management, incident management, RCA, and production support.
• Excellent communication, presentation, consulting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong ability to collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Service Delivery teams.
• GCP Professional-level certification is preferred; willingness to obtain the certification within the first 90 days is required.
• Willingness to work 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM IST to support global team and customer overlap.
