Your Role and Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will include:
As a Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for working with clients to understand their business requirements and designing solutions to meet those requirements. You will leverage your strong understanding of business processes, experience in designing and implementing solutions, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive successful outcomes.

Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovative solutions.
Coach Junior Team Members: Provide coaching on solution design best practices to junior team members, driving knowledge sharing and skill development.
