Solution Consultant at A FinTech Company

Responsibilities

• Gather client requirements and prepare solution briefs, BRDs, FRDs, and pricing summaries.
• Support solution architecture, platform evaluation, and integration research.
• Maintain solution templates, case studies, and reference architectures.
• Prepare client pitch decks and solution presentations.
• Manage deal documentation, including SOWs, MSAs, estimations, and WBS.
• Research clients, market trends, and competitors to support sales strategies.
• Develop target client lists and support go-to-market initiatives.
• Maintain CRM records, MIS reports, and solutioning KPIs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in presales, solution consulting, or business analysis.
• Hands-on knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify, Pimcore, or Fluent Commerce.
• Ability to gather requirements and prepare technical proposals and solution documents.
• Strong research, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with SOWs, MSAs, WBS, CRM tools, and MIS reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cross-functional coordination.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
