Summary We are seeking an experienced Siebel Developer to design, develop and maintain Siebel CRM applications to meet the business needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Siebel eAI, scripting, workflows and performance optimization. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, seamless integration and optimal performance of CRM systems, leveraging Agile methodologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and development of solution architectures that meet client requirements and business needs.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Siebel Enterprise Application Integration (eAI).
• Must To Have Skills: Siebel Configuration, scripting.
• REST API knowledge and having hands on experience in configuring Inbound and Outbound REST API's within Siebel
• Data transformations between Siebel and external applications
• Debugging and resolving connectivity issues between Siebel and external applications.
• Experience in VBC and Web services.
• Knowledge on OPENAPI specs,YAMLs is added advantage

Soft Skills (Must have) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and mentor team members. Strong documentation and technical design capabilities. Proactive and customer-focused mindset. Additional Information Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Siebel Configuration, scripting , workflows and EAI. Position is based in Bengaluru. 15 years of full-time education is required.
