About this role
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable full-stack applications and microservices.
- Work across frontend, backend, APIs, cloud, and databases.
- Define system architecture and technology solutions.
- Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into business workflows and product features.
- Collaborate with founders and business stakeholders.
- Make technical decisions and establish engineering best practices.
- Take ownership of the technology function and grow toward a CTO role.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack development and system architecture skills.
- Experience with Java, Python, Node.js, React, or similar technologies.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and databases.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM/GenAI integration.
- BFSI, FinTech, or WealthTech experience preferred.
- Experience with Nuvama or similar wealth-management companies is a plus.
- Ability to design architecture, write production code, and lead technology strategy.
