Solution Architect

Required Technical Skill Set:

1. Extensive experience in designing, planning and implementing IMS-based voice solutions including VoLTE, VoWiFi and VoNR services across multi-vendor telecom environments.
2. Proven capability in translating business and service requirements into High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs) and deployment-ready architecture artefacts.
3. Strong understanding of IMS Core architecture including P-CSCF, I-CSCF, S-CSCF, SBC, TAS, HSS/UDM and their integration with EPC and 5GC networks.
4. Expertise in SIP signaling, call routing, interconnect, roaming, policy control and service continuity mechanisms.
5. Experience in designing and validating Emergency Services (999/112), Lawful Intercept (LI), number portability and regulatory service requirements.
6. Strong capability in performing design assurance, architecture reviews, capacity planning, resiliency assessment and interoperability evaluations.
7. Experience managing HLD-to-LLD traceability and ensuring alignment between design, implementation and validation activities.
8. Ability to provide technical leadership during integration, testing, migration and production deployment phases.
9. Experience working with telecom operators, OEMs and cross-functional teams to resolve architecture and service design challenges.
10. Knowledge of cloud-native IMS evolution, automation frameworks and autonomous network principles.

MUST HAVE:
• Deep Core Services Mobile Voice (IMS) architecture the primary, non-negotiable skill
• What Agentic AI is: single vs multi-agent, and where a human must stay in the loop
• Google ADK basics: agents and tools, and when an agent is the right answer vs a script
• Gemini/LLM basics: grounding, hallucination limits, cost
• Marking in the HLD/LLD where AI augments the design, with guardrails.
