Solution Architect

Duties and Responsibilities as a Solution Architect

• Provide technical support to existing customers and pre-sales prospects via phone, email, Microsoft Teams, or AnyDesk.
• Handle all pre-sales technical queries and assist in solution demonstrations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Deliver on-site and online product training sessions as assigned by the manager.
• Execute custom development and implementation projects assigned by the manager.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare technical documentation and support materials when required.
• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain technology effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong presentation and customer-facing skills.
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Convincing and negotiation skills.
• Patient, professional, and customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Technical background is preferred.
