    About this role

    Your Responsibility: -

    1. Solution & Technical Architecture

  1. Own end-to-end solution architecture from business problem to production implementation.
  2. Translate business/product requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  3. Design application, integration, data, cloud and deployment architectures.
  4. Make pragmatic architecture decisions considering scalability, security, cost, performance and speed-to-market.
  5. Define APIs, intedaces, integration patterns and service boundaries.
  6. Evaluate build-vs-buy decisions and recommend appropriate technologies.
  7. Create architecture diagrams, technical specifications and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
  8. Identify technical risks early and develop practical mitigation approaches.
  9.

    2. Hands-on Engineering

  10. Remain sufficiently hands-on to prototype, code and troubleshoot solutions when required.
  11. Build proof-of-concepts for new technologies and product ideas.
  12. Review code and guide developers on engineering practices.
  13. Support teams in resolving complex technical and production issues.
  14. Establish coding standards, reusable components and engineering guardrails.
  15. Work closely with developers rather than operating as an architecture layer outside the engineering team.
  16.

The successful candidate should have a “design it, prove it, and help build it” mindset.

    3. Data Architecture & Data Modelling

  17. Create conceptual, logical and physical data models.
  18. Define database structures, entities, relationships and data flows.
  19. Work with relational, NoSQL, time-series and/or event-driven data architectures as appropriate.
  20. Design solutions for ingestion, storage, processing and consumption of data.
  21. Consider data quality, governance, security, retention and scalability while designing solutions.
  22. Understand data architectures required for IoT, analytics and AI-enabled applications.
  23.

    4. Mobile & Digital Application Architecture

  24. Understand architecture patterns for modern mobile applications across iOS/Android and cross-platform environments.
  25. Design backend-for-frontend, API and authentication/authorization architectures supporting mobile applications.
  26. Understand push notifications, omine capabilities, device security, synchronization and mobile performance considerations.
  27. Design integration between mobile applications, cloud platforms, enterprise systems and connected devices.
  28.

    5. IoT Architecture

  29. Contribute to solutions involving connected devices, sensors, gateways and industrial IoT.
  30. Understand the flow from device/sensor gateway/edge connectivity cloud/IoT platform data application/analytics.

  31. Understand common IoT communication and messaging approaches such as MQTT, HTTP/REST and event streaming.
  32. Design secure device-to-cloud integration and device/data management approaches.
  33. Experience with industrial, manufacturing, energy, logistics, sustainability or asset-monitoring use cases would be advantageous.
  34.

    6. AI & Agentic SDLC

  35. Understand how AI and autonomous/agentic capabilities can be incorporated into modern software architecture.
  36. Have practical exposure to AI-assisted and Agentic Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approaches.
  37. Use AI coding assistants and software engineering agents appropriately across requirements, architecture, coding, testing, documentation and operations.
  38. Understand LLM/agent architecture concepts including APIs, orchestration, tool calling, context management, RAG and observability.
  39. Help establish appropriate governance and human oversight for AI-generated software.
  40. Identify opportunities where agentic workflows can improve developer productivity and accelerate product delivery.
  41.

    7. Startup / Zero-to-One Product Development

The candidate should have meaningful experience working in environments where the technology organization was still being built.

    Expected experience includes:

  42. Taking products from idea prototype MVP production scale.
  43. Working with incomplete or rapidly evolving requirements.
  44. Making technology choices without excessive dependency on established enterprise standards.
  45. Balancing technical debt against speed-to-market.
  46. Operating with small multidisciplinary teams.
  47. Working directly with founders, product leaders, customers and business stakeholders.
  48. Taking ownership beyond formal job boundaries when necessary.
  49. Building technology foundations that can mature as the business grows.
