About this role
- Candidate Location: : Pune, Chennai, Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bhubaneshwar, Gurgaon, Coimbatore, Noida, Mumbai, kochi, Indore, Ahmedabad
- Candidate Specification: 12+ years of Experience
- Education: Any Bachelor s degree
- Industry: IT / ITES Architecture & Domain Experience in solution or domain architecture for complex enterprise or telecommunications transformation.
- Ability to model business capability, application, integration, data and technology implications of legacy modernisation.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills across business, architecture, engineering and governance stakeholders.
- Mainframe & Cloud Modernisation Working understanding of COBOL/DB2-centred estates and associated IMS, VSAM, NATURAL, SAS, batch and interface complexity.
- Experience with mainframe-to-cloud or legacy-modernisation patterns, including Java/Spring and AWS-aligned architecture where relevant.
- Ability to assess functional parity, NFR, migration, integration, cutover and operational-continuity implications.
- Governance & Delivery Experience producing solution blueprints, architecture decisions, dependency maps, treatment inputs, migration designs and risk/assumption records.
- Ability to work through incomplete documentation without treating unvalidated assumptions as facts.
- Experience collaborating in multi-vendor, regulated and distributed delivery environments.
