Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.

Summary:

Solution Design Architecture:Lead technical designs across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, and SecOps modules. Translate business requirements into robust, scalable architectural blueprints.

Technical Leadership Consultation:Act as expert advisor on platform capabilities, providing strategic guidance on technology-to-business alignment.

Platform Governance:Ensure architectural standards, security protocols, and best practices are maintained across all implementations.

Integration Strategy:Design and oversee integration patterns with external systems and third-party applications.
As a Solution Architect, a typical day involves interpreting and transforming client needs into unique and actionable solutions that align with their business objectives. This role requires close collaboration with sales and delivery teams to craft strategies that not only meet client expectations but also enhance the overall value proposition. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure that the proposed solutions are practical, innovative, and tailored to support the client s business case effectively.

Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong expertise in designing and deploying IT service management solutions within enterprise environments.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow platforms with other enterprise systems to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration to drive project success.
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
